Family Updates

The time is right to "out with it" on our blog - we're moving to Charlottesville in July! Kelly and I are excited for the adventure and grateful for the Lord's clear leading and provision along the way. We're experiencing some sadness now as we face the transition - leaving people who we've gotten to know well over the past 7 years is not easy, and neither is unraveling from CCA (where I work) Grace Fellowship, and other friends and Mommy groups.

We load up the Penske on July 17th, Lord willing, and arrive sometime on the 18th to begin the next chapter. I will be working at Covenant (irony?) in Charlottesville, and we will be helping to plant a church (launch = October) with our dear friends, the Knights. (See their pic below.)

We're hoping to buy our first home in Cville, too; we have an offer that's been accepted and are waiting / working on all the myriad associated details. Close date would be July 6th, and we're praying that everything would come through. God is faithful to his call and promises, regardless.

Below are some recent pictures from our time on the NorthShore of MA (a Mother's Day picnic on the beach), as well as a trip to VA to see my sister graduate and look at homes (when we stayed with the Knights).
