No doubt December fills the Blogsphere with Christmas pictures, and so we wanted to add our pictures. Kelly and I were excited to bring home our first live tree this year. It's our 10th Christmas together, but the first one where it made sense (to us) to put away the "$10 special" artificial tree we'd been using and treat Will (and us too!) to the real tree experience. We were going to cut one down this weekend, but Saturday it snowed (about 3 inches) and then Sunday Will didn't wake up from his nap until the tree farm had nearly closed. We didn't want to wait for another weekend, though, so out we trudged this evening to pick one up in a local "fresh cut" lot. We'll see how it turns out.

The memories from the first night might make it all worth it! Will has just gotten to the age where he's understanding and enjoying traditions and celebration.
