Christmas Trip, part 2 and Birthday

We traveled from my Dad's house to Roanoke to visit Kelly's family - Will's cousins, Auntie, uncles, and grandparents.

Will and his cousin Nathan are only 11 months apart, and have more fun together every time they see each other.

After returning to Charlottesville, we spent a glorious week together with just the three of us.

Last Sunday, we celebrated Will's 2nd birthday with a small party. He's grasping concepts at such a fast rate these days, and he definitely "got" the birthday idea - especially the parts about singing and cake!

His birthday wouldn't be the same without his good buddy Lucy.

Happy Second Birthday, William! May the God of peace and glory - to whom you already have such a sweet sensitivity - continue to fill your mind, protect your body, and capture inclination of your heart.

Go Red Sox!

Happy Birthday Will, glad that your Mom & Dad let you eat some cake this year!! (last was just icing, although that IS the best part of cake anyways...)

Glad to see that you had a family-filled Christmas!
